    We appreciate our customers and take great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from House of Bubs.

    Please note sample sales and sale orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

    Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

    RETURN POLICY AND TERMS: ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

    Personalised Kids Bags and Personalised Beach Set are custom made to your requirement therefore we are unable to accept any refund, store credit or exchanges for change of mind. 

    House of Bubs does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. We take extensive care in making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before shipment. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the product. We will need your order number and additional photographs and description of the damage product. We will refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us n email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order. 

    If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, and we deemed that it was the couriers fault, we will offer you a replacement of the same item. This item will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving notification that you item have been damaged. If you no longer want the product we will issue a store credit or a refund. To receive a refund on the item you will need to return the item in an unused condition, packaging the item to avoid further damage, and please send registered or tracked post. Once we received the item and deemed it faulty/or damaged in transit we will refund you the purchase price less delivery. 

    The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees for refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the condition above.Â
